9-28-21 BOS Tammi Ritter Admits PCR Tests Have Been Wrong All This Time

At the 9-28-21 Butte County BOS Meeting, Tammi Ritter lashes out at speakers who provided information surrounding PCR test fraud, the metric by which the county’s public health department has been excusing their unreasonable mandates which destroyed so many lives, and cost millions of dollars in losses amongst the private sector. Those fraudulent case numbers were also a determining factor in the board’s decision to not rescind the “local health emergency”, so they could continue to receive millions of dollars from the state and federal governments.
