The American Rescue Plan -- The Poison Apple

The American Rescue Plan is the economic arm/engine of Biden's Build Back Better. Small cities and towns of 50.000 and less are being offered COVID relief money to, "Build, Back, Better." While sounding reasonable on the surface, a deeper look reveals a deal with the devil, as small cities and counties that take the ARP money, must now follow and abide by the terms and conditions that will be laid down by the corporate body, aka USA Inc..

It's a poison apple that's been placed in the bank account to the tune of $2 million + into the bank account of the city of Fredericksburg, without the people of the city giving their consent.
