So with highly profitable new medicines and vaccines that fit with the dogma, 'hope' is more than sufficient to not only AUTHORIZE an intervention, but even to MANDATE it. This is even though these medicines and vaccines have significant proven short term harms and possibly huge medium/long term safety risks.

However, when it comes to already authorized cheap/unprofitable/off-patent repurposed medicines with a perfect track record of safety and an enormous signal of benefit, these medicines get prohibited because there is "insufficient data".

It's clear that the authorities are the protectors and marketers of both the dogma and the incentives of Big Pharma and themselves. They propagate the dogma and their conflicting interests, and viciously attack anything that conflicts with these, such as those promoting adequate vitamin D and early treatment.

What they are doing has absolutely NOTHING to do with public health and sound decision making.
