Iran: Provincial governor slapped during inaugural ceremony

Abedin Khorram, former IRGC chief in #Iran's East Azerbaijan Province, was slapped in the face by an IRGC colonel during his inauguration ceremony today.

Khorram is now East Azerbaijan governor, along with a number of other IRGC officials appointed to similar posts by Raisi.
