AFGSC EOD 'Team of the Year' Competition B-Roll Package

B-Roll footage from various Air Force base members participating in an AFGSC Competition, hosted by Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. Members are tested on various core competencies and aspects of their career. The purpose of the Team of the Year Award is to test EOD professionals in their technical expertise as they respond to a variety of threats to include chemical weapons, bombs, improvised explosive devices and more. Explosive Ordinance Disposal is the Air Force Career filed that is trained to detect, disarm and dispose of explosive threats in the most extreme environments. Assigned to some of the most dangerous missions, they perform tactically harrowing and technically demanding tasks in diverse environments worldwide.
