Meanwhile, CBP released their latest numbers for SW border migrant encounters. There were 192,001 in September.

That brings the total Fiscal Year 2021 numbers of illegal border crossings up to 1,734,686. That’s the MOST on record.

The previous record: 1.69 million was in 1986.
