ICYMI: Queensland premier to go ahead with “quarantine facilities” to house unvaxxed Australians returning home

Annastacia Palaszczuk told Sunrise Australia that quarantine facilities “will still be needed” in the middle of 2022, as the country punches towards the 80% double-dose vaccination rate.

“We’ll need it for unvaccinated people. We’ll also need it for people who are international students, [and people] who are looking at doing labor,” Palaszczuk said.

“Government-mandated quarantine facility”… a rose by any other name?
