Cedarburg parents blame district's COVID-19 protocol for elementary school outbreak

Some parents in Cedarburg are frustrated the district does not require students to quarantine if they are in close contact with someone who tests positive for coronavirus. Several parents believe the district’s quarantine policy is partially to blame for an outbreak at an elementary school.
