Westinghouse/Kone Hydraulic Elevator @ Courtyard By Marriott Hotel - Tarrytown, New York

Recorded on 10/21/21. This was a rather awkward experience here. This elevator ran fine but some reason the floor indicator was still burnt out since 2018 when AdazElevatorz filmed this elevator in 2018. This is also the only elevator in this Hotel which is strange since there is another lower level in the portion of the building near the Lobby that has no elevator service. I guess this portion of the building is where the ADA Accessible Rooms are since this is an older building. This elevator was a Westinghouse that got modernized by Kone. Anyway this next part is what made this experience truly awkward. When I returned to the first floor I was about to take another ride but a guy needed the elevator which was fine. I left the Hotel afterwards. However after I stopped recording the video, the guy I encountered stalked me from the second floor window the entire time I was leaving the property. This was a guest in the Hotel and not an employee. I understand if he thought filming the elevator was unusual but still. I drove to the next place I needed to be once I saw he was stalking me. This is the main reason this experience became so awkward but oh well. This just shows to prepare for anything while filming elevators.
