Complaints about animal bites are common at Children's Clinical Hospital. Dogs, both street and domestic, take first place among such injuries. Children are also attacked by squirrels, cats, hedgehogs, rats and even horses. Over the past few years, the number of bite-related visits to trauma centers has increased.
