Joined RCMP August 2006,
Graduated Depot training Academy Jan 2007.

6.5 years Policing in Yukon, Whitehorse and Mayo Detachments.  Primarily General Duty policing.

Transferred to Ottawa, July 2013 to full-time Emergency Response Team (ERT).  Last 8 years, primary role has been Tactical enforcement and protective operations as an ERT sniper / observer.

Primary duty during time in Ottawa is supporting the protection of the Prime Minister and other Internationally Protected Persons.  Other duties include tactical enforcement related to organized crime and domestic terrorism.
