The murder of the backbench MP Sir David Amess was quickly blamed on "Islamist terrorism." But it appears that the story may be a little more complicated. Rather than being devoted solely to his constituents, Sir David spent a lot of his energies on Middle Eastern politics, Was he killed because he was "too close" to terrorists himself through his links to the Emir of Qatar and his dubious friends in Somalia and elsewhere?
