Hellblade is the result of a masterly woven marriage of psychologically driven narrative with adaptive, but not overly challenging combat. This masterpiece is the epitome of capturing the players attention, maintaining it, weaving the narrative into the story and delivering one hell of a conclusion. At certain points throughout my extremely enjoyable experience I felt as if I were living a movie through a game!

This game is a experience EVERY gamer should have. It's relatively short, sweet, focused, and breathtaking. At a time when it seems like every developer is trying to out do each other by map sizes, player counts, overall playthrough time, or other mostly irrelevant things, in relation to the gameplay experience, Ninja Theory took a different, riskier path...

And it paid off :-)
