Easy Seafood Boil smothered in garlic butter, cajun powder, old bay seasoning and loaded with mixed seafood, sausage, corn and potatoes! Truly a recipe that needs to be made!

Easy Seafood Boil Recipe

Ingredients:
Water
1 tbsp. Cajun powder
1 tbsp. Old bay seasoning
1 pc. onion, chopped
1 juice of lemon
4 big potatoes, cut into big squares
4-6 ears corn on the cob, cut into 4 pieces each
1 lb. (500g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 lbs (454g) mixed seafoods (
13 oz (350g) kielbasa sausage or andouille sausage, cut into 1-2 inch thick pieces

Garlic Butter Sauce
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp. Cajun powder
1 juice of lemon

Directions:
Fill a large pot with 10-12 cups of water. Stir in cajun powder, old bay seasoning and juice of lemon. Add the chopped onion and bring to a boil.

Add the potatoes and cook for 8 minutes or until potatoes are about nearing tender. Add corn and continue to cook 3-5 minutes.

Add seafood mixture, and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, melt the butter in medium heat. Sauté garlic and cook until lightly brown. Stir in sausage, seafood mixture, potatoes and corn. Add cajun powder, old bay seasoning and juice of lemon. Mix until well combined.
