Lt. Gen. Jon Jensen, the director of the Army National Guard hosted a seminar at the AUSA Conference Oct. 12, 2021, in Washington, D.C. Opening remarks were given by Gen. James C. McConville, the chief of staff of the Army, and the guest speaker panel included Maj. Gen. Paul Rogers, The Adjutant General, Michigan National Guard, Brig. Gen. Laura Yeager, Commander, 40th Infantry Division, California National Guard, Brig. Gen. R. Dale Lyles, The Adjutant General, Indiana National Guard, and Col. Danial Lister, Chief Information Officer, Idaho National Guard. The panel members discussed ReARMM, balancing state and federal missions, the future workforce, and digital culture.
