Stanstead ( Weller ) Fly-in 2021 & EMERGENCY return to runway

Loss of partial power on departure towards Stanstead, forced me to comeback to the runway. Regardless of the bad luck, my friends came back to pick me up and we made the Fly-in in their C170b.
