Chocolate Chunk Cookies:
Flax Egg:
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1/4 cup water
Cookie Batter:
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup vegan butter
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- flax egg mixture
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- pinch of pink salt
- 180g vegan chocolate
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-17 minutes. Enjoy!
