This is a ten-minute guided meditation session designed to teach you how to tame your mind. If you are new to this exercise, you may struggle succeeding at first. That's okay. It's much like riding a bike. All minds are first wild, and wander wherever the wind blows. This often leaves them vulnerable to outside influences that lure them into fear-based mentalities. Once recaptured, however, your mind can be harnessed again by it's only true master. You. Your trained mind can be navigated into harmonious states by your will, and can be used as a powerful tool to sculpt your desired reality. The intention for this meditation is to use the power of your will to quiet the chattering mind. Find a comfortable position to situate your body. Close your eyes, and follow my lead.
