Idukki Dam opened. The three shutters of the dam are open. The water first flowed into the small boat. Subsequent shutters were opened one by one after monitoring the water level in Cheruthoni town. The second shutter of the Idukki Dam was opened at 12 noon and the next shutter at 12.30 pm.
