Deputy Sheriff confirms seizure orders of no legal effect

All prior investigations have been made with Baycorp (Bailiff) and the Sheriffs Department of WA over the validity of the orders used to obtain possession of farming property(s) outside of the sheriffs jurisdiction in WA.

The Deputy Sheriff were shown a true copy of the alleged orders (confirmed and executed by Mark Ranson,head of Baycorp, as being a true copy) was presented to the Sheriffs reception for lawful verification.

The Balliff order was fully inspected by the deputy sheriff on behalf of Mr Mark Street, as Sheriff for WA and was declared to be of no legal effect in the absence of a signatory of judicial officer at law to obtain a financial advantage by deception to unlawfully to seize and sell real and tangible assets.
