Tell the Truth About Domestic Violence is an international media and advocacy campaign designed to expose the domestic violence “Big Lie,” the myth that only women are victims of domestic violence. Conducted in conjunction with October’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the campaign is working to assure that domestic violence laws, policies, and practices are based on science — not ideology — and support the needs of all victims.

BIO: Bartlett serves as the Founder of the Coalition. He received his PhD from Johns Hopkins University. Former faculty member at three universities, and former federal regulator at the Department of Health and Human Services. Author of over 100 peer-reviewed articles and editorials. Proud father of three and an avid bicyclist.
