Kansas City area remembers Colin Powell

People in the Kansas City area are remembering Colin Powell after the trailblazer passed away due to complications from COVID-19. Powell, the first Black secretary of State, played a big role in bringing a park honoring Buffalo Soldiers to Leavenworth.
