Lockdowns - do they or don't they work?

Lockdowns do work, just not to stop a virus. They work for those who want to kill the western world economies and transfer all the wealth from the bottom to the top. Then they will give the bottom a "Universal Basic Income" -- this is money to stop the bottom from rioting.
