During a November 11, 2020 interview, Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi reaffirmed PCR inventor Kary Mullis' statement on the PCR test that "it doesn't tell you that you're sick."

Dr. Bhakdi is an MD, specialist in microbiology and publisher of over three hundred articles in the fields of immunology, bacteriology, virology, and parasitology.

He claims that the faulty diagnoses have helped to spur a global panic of public health measures based on a virus, Covid-19, that is not really new. "The coronaviruses have been with us, with man... since the beginning of mankind. You know, these are viruses that coexist with us."
