It is the year 2054. Tokyo was devastated by a tsunami, Shibukawa is the new capital of Japan. Shibukawa is a safe place, as cyber-cops and police robots are now responsible for upholding the law. Our main protagonist Anna Isobe is one of these cyber-cops, a cybernetically enhanced human. Cyber-cops are being more and more replaced by robots in the forces, as cyborgs have fallen from grace – a development Anna naturally does not approve of. When our cyborg-lady awakes on a rainy September day, she would have never imagined that this was to become the day which would change her life forever.
