Heavenly Father, I come before You, the Righteous One, who sits above all creation as The One who is all knowing and able to justly judge all things. It is no surprise to you that the dark spirit of the world creeps into the Body of Christ, Your Church, almost unawares sometimes, and before we know it, we have given into our flesh, so easily lead astray, and caught up in worldly actions (at times so subtly we don’t even recognize what has happened to us). We are deep in the madness, Father, and though we do not deserve You grace or another moment to change our ways, I ask that You give grace to Your people and more time.

I realize that racial enmity came as a result of the Fall. Truly, we do not even know what ethnicity Adam was, except that he was Your creation, and it is from his seed that all humanity proceeded. I pray against the labels that would stir a man’s heart to sin. Replace this with a knowing and peace between us. Come against the legislation and programs that would use these pains and labels as a platform to diminish Your creation. Please forgive us our sin.

In the name of Jesus, I come on behalf of America and all people around the globe in prayerful repentance and ask that You would raise up voices in our nation that would rally the Body of Christ and cause us to become the standard bearers to such a degree that we would profoundly affect the morality of our nation.

I pray, in Jesus’ name that there would be such a move of Your Spirit in our nation, that our oneness in Christ Jesus would positively influence relations between all people. Let no area of our nation remain untouched and spread through every community. When we look at those in our communities regardless of culture or background, we won’t see them as different, but we see them through the eyes of love as You see them – as people created in your image.

I ask that you break off the spirit of fear and manipulation that has kept people from seeking a community where Your Truth is being spoken through Your anointed messengers. As we gather on this Sunday, please fill every house of worship with Your Truth – wreck every plan of man that would have it be about them and allow the people to hear Your voice above all others. Let Truth reign – let evil continue to be revealed. Bind and cast out all that is not of You and I praise You in the midst of the sanctification of Your people. Give all the strength they need to stand strong in Your way, Your Truth; cause all to put faith into action. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen. Watch and consider ...
