POWER BLOCK pullovers
So, I haven't done REAL dumbbell pullovers since walking away from the commercial gym, and with the recent arrival of my new POWER BLOCKS, I was able to start back at them!
I usually like finishing back workouts with them but on an occasion I have done them first for a "pre-exhaust" type movement.
Wasn't sure how it would be using these but once i got the feels, I knocked back 6 great sets of 10-12reps
This whole back workout today was a great one and def gonna feel this for a few days! AWESOME!
On a side note, I did mention in this vid, but I think the tunes kinda drowned it out, but a certain celebrity fitness icon wrote in his "encyclopedia" that this movement is primarily a chest finisher, but I disagree, as do many others.
Anyway, great back day nonetheless!
