Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, How election fraud have been occurring for the past 20 years

Don’t bust the precinct, its all about the precinct and it shows how ‘they’ who perpetuate the fraud ALWAYS watch the precinct. There is more when you look at it at the precinct level, there are little shifts and pivots when you look at it at the precinct level. They always have little techniques that they use to slip it under the radar. So how is this voting game played? This is a prime example, in Maricopa county there are 2,607,371 Registered Voters. Jovan Hutton Pulitzer is saying that they pulled every death record in Maricopa county since 1900. In total, there are 535,166 records of people who died in the Maricopa county. So why is it important? The audit team found about 7,814 dead with active voter registration. When you look deeper, 3,616 of those 7,814 Dead with Active Voter Registration were dead AND THEN they were registered after death. If you look at the Chart, it looks like somehow a bunch of infants who died after 1 year back in 2001 were somehow registered in the 2020 election. So how in the hell did this happen and why are we only finding out about this now. In 2012 during Obama’s reelection campaign, the voter roles increased 149.24%. What could explain this and how come at no other time did this sort of thing happen. Is it just a one of? Hillary expected to get the benefit of them cooking the books so how Did Hillary Clinten lose her election. They did not account for people showing up to vote during election day. That’s why they could not have people show up to vote for the 2020 election. Also, the way they audit the election is also a sham because the election officials pre-know which boxes will confirm whatever they will certify. 1,675 boxes in Maricopa county were supposed to be sealed, but apparently only a certain amount of boxes were chosen by the secretary of state to audit since they predecided those. All of this was preordained and it is all part of the con. When you take a look at Michigan, they same thing happened, they did an audit of 18,000 random ballots and only 28% of possible locations. The bottom line is that they had a certain number of good precincts as compared to the bad precincts.
Now Lets talk about the risk limiting hack. They say that they are going to risk-limiting audits to statistically identify a minimum number of ballots needed to have statistical and actual confidence in the outcome of a specific election.
Now lets look at the postman hack, Pennsylvania said that 98% of the vote came in and was accounted for. However, when the post office was polled, only 67% came in. This is why mail in ballots are such a risk, you send out so many and you can’t control. They know which ballots are the safe ones to vote. They have to have chaos and you kind of how to watch what is going on in election day. They have to suspend moments time, they have to take legal votes and hold them in limbo, they have to make sure votes are coming in to lead.
And now the ballot paper hack, what do they use it for. When you’re backstuffing the ballot box, you have to lift some legal votes to make sure you don’t break the precinct. Richard Barron actually let the cat out of the bag when he admiteed that fulton county, Georgia had a 94% adjudication rate. It is NOT to steal your vote, it is to suspend your vote so they can tinker the numbers of what they want to come in.
What is the visual hard proof that people were not given equal protection under the law. 83% of the people were not treated equally under the law because their ballots were thrown up for adjudication. When these votes get suspended in adjudication, there is supposed to be 1 democrat and 1 republican, but sometimes they didn’t even have a republican observer. Did they treat it the same or not?
The Pod hack, so did they have photographs with ballots stacked up? Those were the ballots that they said they needed on hand so what is the deal with these machines.
Then they have what they call the BMD hack so they make the machine fill in the ovals for voters. This technique allows duplicates to compromise the system.
What about their claim that “Our machines are not connected to the internet” hack. Another lie since there is documentation that exists explaining how the machines are connected to other voter role machines in these precincts.
