Coyote Keeping a Watchful Eye

This coyote is keeping a watchful eye over me because her pups are nearby.

Wildlife will let you know when you have been seen and when it is time for you to leave. If you see a nervous animals, it is time to back away. Even if you are 100 yards away from the animal, sometime it is still too close for them.

I was over 100 yards away from this coyote, using a 600mm lens. After spending a few minutes observing, I decided it was time to leave so that she could relax and regain a sense of space.
