I hope this inspires you. When I started my calisthenics journey, my only goal was to get the muscle up and I thought that was the furthest I am probably ever going to get. I exceeded my expectations and reached this level in this short amount of time.

And for the people who asked for my workout plan: It varied a lot throughout the year so its very hard to say. I literally just searched up calisthenics and fitness channels, watched their vids and applied their advice. Learn and apply. Thats what I did. It was nothing special.

Some of you guys might ask how did I get the back lever and without following proper progressions. Its probably from carry over from training other stuff like protraction strength in planche for the back lever.
