A group of protesters gathered in front of the National Gallery in London to urge action against dolphin killings in the Faroe Islands.

Whaling or Grindadráp is a dolphin drive hunting that involves beaching and slaughtering long-finned pilot whales. It has been practiced in the Faroe Islands since approximately the 9th century.

Activists have been speaking up against this hunt for decades and have accused Danish authorities of allowing a 'barbaric tradition' to continue.
