Karelo-Finnish SSR Anthem (1950-1956; Instrumental) Karjalais-Suomalainen SNT Hymni

In 1945, the government of the Karelo-Finnish SSR held a competition for the creation of a state anthem. The winning entry (written by Armas Äikiä and composed by Karl Rautio) was adopted as the SSR's official anthem until 1956, when it was re-absorbed into the Russian SFSR.
