Karen has been a light worker for many years while continuing to learn, grow and move forward in this soul journey. After being told by many readers, psychics and intuitives that her work is not done, she thought, "If not now, when?"

Her background is in "food being thy medicine," as Hippocrates would say and her first introduction to the other side was at Hippocrates Health Institute (now Optimum Health Institute) over 25 years ago. Attending their week-long retreats annually helped her grow and heal mentally, physically and spiritually. She became a certified yoga instructor 20 years ago and continues to heal clients using her intuitive healing gifts.

Moving to Rhode Island a year ago, after being told to move someplace that brought her joy, she found it! Her four children are in various parts of the country and being a mom and grandmother also brings much joy.
