Unvaccinated False Flag?

Will this turn into the unvaccinated false flag that will herald the rise of hate and attacks on the unvaccinated; categorizing them as potential terrorists and then duly dealt with? Who knows, but I thought the NLP utilised in the reporting was indicative of past speculated false-flag incidents.
