30 Minute Abs, Arms, & Jump Rope Cardio Workout | STRONG [BOOST]

Today is an abs, arms, and cardio workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and complete 3 rounds of each exercise throughout the workout. I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells so grab your dumbbells and your jump rope if you're ready!
