Impudent rat under the nose of two cats

Rat steals cat food while cats are resting nearby
I was going to work when I suddenly saw a funny situation. Two street cats, which are fed by the staff of the building where this happened, do not react to the rat that periodically ran out to take food in a bowl.
Perhaps they lost their hunting instincts or decided to share with the rat.
This happened in Odessa, Ukraine.
