Rotating Magnet Swinging Boat the Next Development

Maybe some have grasped the concept of the magnetic propelled boat with a fin.

Here is introduced the concept of the magnetic propelled boat without a fin.
Is it pushing against the water, water current, air current, Stick Slip Effect?

Doesn't quite look like it but let's keep an open mind.

When the magnet makes the boat turn it doesn't seem to do much but when the magnet slows the turning of the boat it does seem to move the boat north.
