CDC attempts to declare gun violence as an epidemic to circumvent constitution

The CDC is resurrecting the decades old research into gun violence in an attempt to declare the notion a public health epidemic to then enact gun control by executive caveat. This is an end run around not only established rules but the constitution itself. The ideal that violence begins and ends with the invention of the firearm is a self serving pipe dream.
