HP Elitebook 2760P - Stay away from this laptop

This HP Elitebook 2670p has been nothing but a pain in the neck for me.
It keeps restarting and the keyboard doesn't work so I don't know what to do with it. Seems like it's a motherboard issue? Lets go through the issues that we're having with it in this video
