Hey, welcome to our channel all about fitness.
Now normally we know what comes after a workout is muscle soreness. One of our goals on this channel is to help you find a better way to deal with that soreness, or motivate you through it 👍. Working out is great for anyone that aspires to be a fitness model or live a healthy lifestyle. It can also lead to body positivity since you would feel more better about yourself over time the more you see results in your fitness. There are many ways to lose weight. Some approach it the traditional way and others may try body recomposition, so that way they can lose weight and gain strength at the same time. Either way this channel will also guide you on your journey to lose weight and accomplish your other fitness goals. Even if you're interested in natural bodybuilding I am positive you can find value in this channel for that. We will also be introducing possible compound exercises for you to try at your home gym or actual gym. The only key thing to keep in mind is that hard work pays off,but the only way you get the full rewards of your hard work is through consistency. For instance some people may feel that they are skinny fat. Although many may find this to be a huge problem it is actually a problem with an achievable solution. Depending on how one would go about fixing it many may go the functional training route doing stuff like squats, lunges, or deadlifts. Which can be effective since functional fitness, can strengthen multiple muscles at once since it forces more than one to work together when working out. Working out is only for men in fact the content on this channel is just as for female fitness motivation as it is for getting guys to the gym. You can use it for powerlifting motivation, or just to get through your pull day workout. Even if you don’t know where to start for something like a pull workout, you will find some ideas on this channel since we’ll soon start making content on different workouts you can do. Whether that’s you doing leg press or a push pull legs routine for leg day. Or some shoulder exercises to strengthen your rear delts, which you can incorporate on a pull day. Maybe even lat pulldown to strengthen your back. All up to you we have content for everyone starting from male all the way to female fitness.
