Dr. Nagase, an ER doctor for over 15 years, was removed from hospital duty because he used Ivermectin to treat three patients with severe COVID-19, 2 of whom responded well to the drug. 

His speech starts off with the beginning of his shift, when he was told by a charge nurse that 3 covid patients had deteriorated overnight. He learned that the only medication they were given was oxygen and a steroid (effectively an immune suppressant)

One patient told him "I felt like they just put me in a corner and were waiting for me to die."
