He decribes his career in leadership & administration, how he solved problems of the moment, and how he made decisions based on his personal beliefs and current situations.

If you don't know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, simply pray the following - if your heart is pure and you mean what you say, He will rescue you:

“Dear God,
I know that I am a sinner.
I ask for your forgiveness.
I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son.
I believe that Jesus died for my sin and that you raised Him to life.
I believe in Him and trust Him as my Savior.
I will follow Him as Lord, for the rest of my life.
Guide me.
Help me to do your will.
I pray this in Jesus name.
