E48: Dangers to Preppers #4…. 3 types of people that in my opinion will be dangerous after SHTF

We all know these people or know of them. And while the rule of law and the grid are still in place they don’t seem to dangerous, it’s after SHTF that I believe they’ll become dangerous.
