He is supposed to be here to defend all the people of the United States, but he is overlooking the American Indians right here in his own front yard," said Raymond Kingfisher, native American from Cheyenne Tribe. Among other demands, protesters want to stop pipeline construction through indigenous lands, ban fossil fuels and want president Biden to declare a 'climate emergency.'
