God rocked America in the 1970’s. They called it The Jesus Revolution and we’re going to be talking about it in detail! We believe, it’s going to happen again in America! When it all looked so bleak and hopeless in America with the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and Senator Robert Kennedy. When our young men 18 to 21 years old were fighting and dying in the jungles of Vietnam and the youth were in the streets living the hippie lifestyle, vagabond, deep into sex, drugs and rock and roll doing all things God says not to do. While the church of its day was powerless… it seemed things were all over, BUT GOD! During these dark times some Christian Americans began to leave the church buildings and gather in their homes and begin to pray for America, pray for their children who was at war, or in the streets in the hippie rebellious movement and God responded. That’s right! A powerful outpouring of God’s Spirit came upon America and over the churches some call the Charismatic Renewal Movement, The Jesus Revolution, and many other names. It took America from darkness into the light and shifted humanity who walked in deep darkness into the light.
