Job Creators Network is an upstart small business lobby run by TV-savvy Hispanic-American conservative Alfredo Ortiz and business executive Elaine Parker.

Ortiz was in communications with Treasury Secretary Mnuchin during the pandemic and suggested PPP loans be sped up by routing them through private banks, rather than the bureaucracy of the U.S. Small Business Administration, a plan that was ultimately accepted and embraced.
