Episode 19 - Big Sky Madison Paired With Tullamore DEW

This was good pairing and my last one featuring Big Sky. The Madison paired well with Tullamore and made for a very enjoyable smoke. I gave each a 4.0+ rating out of 5.0. Some key takeaways, the Madison really changed about the halfway mark and became much more complex. The Tullamore had a very distinct flavor of banana in the profile.
