Dash Cam Jacksonville Florida I-295 Blanding Blvd Rear Ended Texting and Driving Accident

NO AUDIO. This is my dashcam video of a rear end collision that occurred on Blanding Blvd at the I-295 overpass in Orange Park Fl. on 5/4/21. The driver of the car that rear ended the Toyota Rav 4 was on her phone texting and not paying attention to traffic.
