In Search of Joy, Wellness is a new channel where I will share Healthy Lifestyle practices, like Yoga, Nutrition, Meditation and Reiki Session. What sets me apart for everyone else? One, I will combine all three to make a wholistic channel. You can just do Yoga or exercise, or just eat health, and so on. You NEED ALL to be healthy!!!
