Before becoming President, Ronald Reagan supported the States' resolutions to hold an amendments convention to balance the federal budget. At this time it was hovering at only $1 Trillion.!

- And as President, he called Governors to gather their support in his effort to get their State Legislatures to the required 34 States.

- He wanted to hold a safe meeting of the States that could rein in the national debt.

- He was not a believer in the Runaway Convention fake history.

- Reagan speaks of his support of this Constitutional Process & how the Opposers show such little faith in the convention procedure- perhaps one of the most important Articles of the original 7 Articles of our Constitution.
